Welcome to our website. By browsing this site, requesting quotations, ordering samples, or placing commercial orders, you agree to comply with the following B2B trade terms and sales conditions.

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Standard Stock Pens: 100 – 500 pcs per model.
• Custom Logo & Color Pen Orders: 1,000 – 3,000 pcs depending on the complexity of electroplating, barrel coating, and printing specifications.

2. Payment Terms

• Sample & Small Orders: 100% advance payment via T/T.
• Bulk Production Orders: Standard B2B terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and artwork sign-off; 70% balance paid prior to shipment.

3. Delivery & Lead Time

• Production Lead Time: Mass production generally takes 30 – 40 calendar days from deposit receipt and final sample/artwork approval.
• Trade Terms (Incoterms): We support flexible Incoterms including FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP (Door-to-Door with duties paid) via sea, air, or express freight.

4. Customization & Artwork Rights

• Clients requesting custom logo branding must supply high-resolution vector artwork files (AI, PDF, or CDR format).
• Intellectual Property Guarantee: The client represents and warrants that they hold full ownership or legitimate authorization to use all trademarks, logos, and artwork submitted for custom printing or laser engraving.
