What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 3,000 pcs per model. Tell us which model you are considering and we will confirm everything — price, branding and lead time — before you commit.
Can I get a sample with our logo before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples are free of charge; freight is paid by the customer. Once you approve the artwork proof, we produce a pre-production sample with your logo so you can check the branding, finish and packaging before the full run starts.
How long does production take?
Production runs 30–45 days from sample approval. A dedicated English-speaking account manager handles your order from start to finish and keeps you updated at each stage.
Can you match our brand colours on the pen?
Yes. Laser engraving, silk printing and UV printing are all done in our own factory, and we match the colours on the artwork proof you approve — so what you sign off is what ships.
Do you supply the packaging as well?
Yes. Gift boxes and presentation packaging are made in the same facility as the pens, so the pen and the box arrive as one matched set.
Do your pens meet EU and US compliance requirements?
Yes. Dokumental inks carry REACH, CLP and TSCA declarations covering both markets. Testing for additional markets can be arranged on request.
