Custom OEM Metal Pens Manufacturer & Global Supplier
At our manufacturing facility, stringency and technical precision define every metal pen we produce. We enforce a rigorous, multi-stage Quality Control (QC) system from raw material inspection to final packaging to guarantee exceptional performance and flawless aesthetic finish.
1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Full inspection of incoming raw materials and components, including brass/aluminum barrels, electroplating coatings, springs, and imported pen refills before assembly begins.
2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Real-time sampling and dimensional/visual checks during barrel painting, laser engraving, silk-screen logo printing, and mechanical assembly.
3. FQC / OQC (Final & Outgoing Quality Control): Comprehensive visual inspection and full writing functionality test before final box packaging and shipment dispatch.
To ensure long-lasting durability and superior user experience, our metal pens undergo standardized laboratory tests:
We are committed to eco-friendly production and global market compliance. Our promotional metal pens and inks comply with major international regulatory standards, ensuring all heavy metals, phthalates, and ink toxicity levels meet EU and US market standards.
Three documents stand behind every Karry metal pen: our industry award, the Swiss roller tip specification, and the German ink declarations for the EU and US.

Issued by the China Writing Instrument Association. It is awarded only to manufacturers that pass its audit on production capability, quality management and market credibility, confirming Karry runs its own factory in Nanchang.

Supplied by a Swiss tip manufacturer. Documents a tungsten-carbide ball in a stainless-steel housing (Cr ≥ 12%), machined to ±0.01 mm and tested to ISO 14145-1 for line width — the reason our roller pens write to the last drop without skipping.

Issued by Dokumental GmbH & Co. KG, Germany. States that DOCU JET BLACK ink complies with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) and (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), so your EU customers can import and resell without additional chemical-compliance checks.

Certified under the US Toxic Substances Control Act. Confirms our inks are free of restricted heavy metals, phthalates and listed hazardous substances — the document US importers request during compliance review.
