1. Q: What's your MOQ?
    A: 1,000pcs for metal pen;5,000pcs for plastic pen.
    We also can accept small qty of our standard item.

2. Q: Can your pens be customized?
    A: Sure, we can open an new mould as your requirements.
    We can print your logo in PAD printing, Silk printing and Heat transfer printing.
And we can do the customized color of the pen according to Pantone and requirements.

3. Q: What is your sample's policy and delivery time?
    A: 1-3pcs stock samples is free of charge but with freight collect.
    Customized sample is charged.
    Customized sample take 3-7 or 7-15days depend on detailed requirements.

4. Q: Which payment way is workable?
    A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal,etc.

5. Q: How about the delivery time?
    A: Usually 30 days after confirmation.
    We can short the delivery time according to your requirement.
